My U300 lock doesn’t auto lock after shutting down. I got my new lock installed last week and noticed it never lock after I closed the door. The app shows it’s locked but in reality I can still open it and the unlock log doesn’t record anything. It looks like it’s the deadbolt doesn’t go down after shutting the door. Any ideas what might be the cause and I can fix it?
@pgj24sstxf You seem to be experiencing an issue with the U300 door lock not auto-locking and the deadbolt not extending properly. You can contact customer support for assistance.

Sorry to hear that the lock seems to be stuck in an unlocked state. Can you check to see if passage mode has been enabled? The button on top can enable it leaving it in an unlocked state. There is also a section in the settings regarding passage mode. While checking in setting you can also do a door calibration to see if it corrects the issue. Please reply back on your progress.
