U300 Malfunction Detected

Hi all

First time poster so please be kind :slight_smile:

I just installed a U300 on my door and paired it up to the app. But whenever I try and unlock it I get a malfunction detected. I’m not pulling down on the handle or anything. Have the issue with code, finger print or via app. Wondering if anyone has had the same issue at all and how they solved it.

You need to check if the wire between the two panels is connected correctly.
