I absolutely love the u400 smart lock but there our a lot of little bugs and problems. That I keep experiencing. And the biggest problem that keeps on happening is the deadbolt getting stuck for unlocking or locking. And it’s already happened about three times and each time I’ve gotten locked out of the house. Luckily each time I did get locked out there was someone in the house and then today luckily I had my key so I was able to get in but if I didn’t have those things I wouldn’t have been able to get in because it just will not open. And the lock is secured at the screws and not loose and it has enough room for the deadbolt to move freely. So it’s not those things that’s causing the deadbolt to get stuck. So I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
