Have two U400s installed (front and back door) about 2 weeks ago. Got them both to work just fine and they have been solid.
Now suddenly one of the locks started acting up. When leaving the house i.e. manually unlocking and then locking the door behind me by pressing on the lock button, the lock starts acting up. It would unlock itself and start ringing the alarm and sending notifications through Home Kit that the lock is connected to. I would get maybe 20 of those alarms / notifications and the lock would remain unlocked.
This would repeat as soon as I lock the door again. Either manually or through the Aqara app or also Apple HomeKit.
Is the lock bricked? I am on the latest firmware 3.1.0.4
Any resolution for this?
