Is there a matching handle for the U400?
When I order, is there a way to get multiple U400 locks keyed to the same mechanical key? Or is this a thing a locksmith does?

1. Clearance for installation
Please refer to the attached screenshot for the recommended clearance between the lock and the lower door handle to ensure proper installation.
2. Re-keying for the same key
As you suggested, the U400 can be re-keyed so that multiple locks can be opened with the same mechanical key.
3. Re-keying instructions and precautions
The Smart Lock U400 lock can be re-keyed. However, please note the following: Disassembling the Smart Lock U400 is construed as your agreement to waive the maintenance service of Aqara. If this is acceptable, take the following steps:
(1) Loosen the screw of the front lock and take out the original lock cylinder.
(2) Buy new lock cylinders in the same size as the original one, then replace the original with the new one.
Note: The lock cylinder used for the U400 is a less common specification and is not the same as Schlage cylinders. Please ask a locksmith has a check if they have a suitable replacement.
Thanks for the quick response.
My question was whether there was a way to buy U400 locksets already keyed to the same key, to save the cost of a locksmith and a new lock cylinder, and so as not to waive the maintenance service. Can you answer this question?
Is the specification for the lock cylinder in the documentation for the U400? It would be a shame to disassemble the lock and void the warranty only to discover that I couldn’t get it rekeyed.
Oh, I see. If you plan to purchase multiple U400 locks, each lock will come with a cylinder that is keyed differently. If you don’t want to replace them with extra lock cylinders, there is a detailed video on YouTube that walks through the re-keying process. However, please note that re-keying can be a bit challenging and extra tools are required. The link is attached below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Ys-7dWSfUQ
With respect to the maintenance service, I will check on that and reply to you later.
The lock cylinder is SC1 5pins.
Hi - back to the question from Kurt, where can we purchase additional lock cylinders?
I can rekey myself, but need to know what cylinder to buy as the Schlage cylinder won’t fit.
Thanks
Aqara-Harry already (I think) answered that question.
Nope - the question is where to purchase additional lock cylinders, not the pins used to re-key them.
This is important for two reasons:
(and I’m sure if someone were a professional locksmith, it would be good to have some extra cylinders on hand)
Thanks.
Same question as Scott12v. Do we know the exact model of cylinder to use?
