U50 Not Unlocking with Passcode - Also HomeKey Question

Installed the U50 without issue, including the app setup and adding the lock to Apple Homekit.

When I tested unlocking the lock from the outside using the keypad, it’s not working. If my code were “111111,” yes, I’m hitting another key FIRST before hitting my code; like ‘0111111’ to wake it up. It just doesn’t respond to either my admin code, nor my secondary code for a resident.

When I added it to homekit, it prompted me for that same admin passcode, which was accepted.

On day-1, the lock worked fine with Home Key from both my Apple Watch and iPhone. Day 2 was fine also, but today (day 3) it would not work from the watch - only from the phone. Still the keypad method is not working at all.

What can I do to correct these issues?

Looks like there is something with the keypad, you need to check if the battery was fully charged, or change the battery see if it works. For the Homekey issue, you can try to remove the U50 from the Apple Home app, then reinstall it try, contact the Aqara support if it still not work
