Unable to bind m100 with u200

Hello Aqara Support Team,

I am unable to bind my Aqara M100 hub with the U200 device. I have tried all recommended troubleshooting steps, including resetting both the M100 and the U200 and attempting the setup multiple times, but without any success.

Everything was working perfectly on my previous iPhone. However, after switching to a new iPhone, I am no longer able to bind the devices, and the entire setup has effectively stopped working.
Initially I was getting error while adding on HomeKit step and after that LAN error and it is persistent.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue or advise if there are any additional steps required when migrating to a new iPhone?

Hello, welcome to the forum. You didn’t remove the u200 from the M100 gateway. Why add it to the gateway again, everything is already registered there? You just need to re-bind the U200 lock to the new phone.

You should see U200 in the Aqara app.

I was getting the same error so I reset everything, in the start it was failing in the process of binding and then I got LAN error.

Step I did

  1. Switch to new iPhone, got errors on binding step
  2. Removed m100 and u200, reset multiple times
  3. Added them again and never able to bind them
    Everything was smooth and sleek in the old phone. Even I tried migration process before and it worked. Unfortunately, not this time
