Unable to remote config U400

Hi. Bought and received the new U400. Wow! Very nice, works well, smooth, very low sound when operating. Added to Aqara app, linked to Aqara M3 hub, and added to apple home

UWB works great!

1 issue however…. When I am away from home, I can’t get into the configuration (3 dots top corner), its telling me Bluetooth not connected…

Any ideas?

It seems like changing settings remotely is restricted. Checking status and unlocking seem to be ok. Also creating one time use code. Maybe someone from Aqara can confirm and clarify what and why it’s setup this way. I’m sure it’s security related.

Dear users, after connecting to the Aqara Home app, we currently support the following remote features, please check:

  1. One-time Password generation
  2. Remote Periodic Password
  3. Locking/Unlocking
  4. Check Lock status
  5. Check Battery level
  6. Automations
  7. Set Linked Devices

More remote features such as log viewing will be supported in the future updates. Thanks!
