Unable to reset G410

I’ve been having issues with getting my G410 to work.

Since installing the latest firmware the bell and chimer have become unresponsive.

I’ve removed the bell from my Aqara app - but when i try and repair - holding down the menu button for 10 seconds doesn’t do anything.

How can i factory reset my bell?

To reset to factory settings you need to press the button 10 times (see image)

Tried pressing it 10 times, tried holding it for 10 seconds…nothing - the light stays yellow

Change another power adapter to try again, friend

Sadly tried different power adaptors and chargers and still no joy - the chimer is still unresponsive

In that case, I would contact Aqara support at support@aqara.com or request an RMA from the retailer.

I ended up returning the device and got a replacement - that’s now working great. The weekend is going to be me messing around to get it to work with Home Assistant :slight_smile:
