Under Cabinet Lighting Installation Ideas in the UK

Hi everyone, I’m planning to install some under-cabinet and under-plinth lighting in my kitchen and I’m looking for some ideas on how to do this. I mostly use 6500K lighting during the day and 3500K in the evenings, so having the ability to switch between the two would be great. I’m considering a few options and I’m wondering if anyone has any pros and cons or alternative suggestions.First, I’m looking at the Osram lightify strips. They offer RGBW functionality and integrate with SmartThings, which is a plus. The price for 4 meters with 2 adapters is £85. Another option is the FLS-PP ballast with 5M RGBWW light strips. From what I understand, this can only do either warm or cold white, which means I won’t be able to switch between the two. This setup would cost me about £65.I’m also considering the Fibaro RGBW controller with 5M RGBWW light strips. Similar to the FLS-PP, it seems like it can only do either warm or cold white. This would cost around £60. The cheapest option I’m looking at is getting 5M Cold White and 5M Warm White strips along with the relevant power adapters. I could install a Sonoff Switch on each of the power adapters to control them via SmartThings. This setup would be the brightest and the cheapest, costing around £30, but it won’t have any color options. Here’s a quick shopping list of what I’m considering:- Osram lightify strips: £85 for 4M with 2 adapters- FLS-PP ballast with 5M RGBWW light strips: £65- Fibaro RGBW controller with 5M RGBWW light strips: £60- 5M Cold White and 5M Warm White strips with power adapters: £30I’m curious to know if anyone has experience with these options or if there are other alternatives I should consider. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
