Hello everyone, I’m currently trying to wrap my head around Edge Drivers and how they work. From what I’ve gathered, Edge Drivers seem to be a way to extend the functionality of devices in SmartThings, but I’m a bit stuck on the installation process. I’ve read a few posts mentioning that you need to be invited by the developer to their channel before you can install the driver. However, I’m struggling to find where these developers provide the link to their channel. Could someone please clarify this process for me?
Once I have access to the channel, I assume the next step is to install the driver from there. But I’m not entirely sure how that works. Is there a specific URL or method I need to use? I’ve tried searching for some basic explanations, but I’m still a bit confused.
If anyone could provide a step-by-step guide or point me in the right direction, I’d greatly appreciate it. I’m really excited to start using Edge Drivers to enhance my devices, but I need a bit more guidance to get started. Thanks in advance for your help!
