Hi everyone, I recently upgraded my two pan cams, and I must say, it’s been quite the adventure! I’m really excited about the new features, but I’ve encountered a few hiccups that I’m hoping the community can help me with.
First off, when I try to access my cams, I often see messages like ‘authenticating’ or ‘getting video data’ that just keep spinning forever. It’s a bit frustrating because I have to manually reselect the cam multiple times before it finally connects. I wonder if others are experiencing this too or if it’s just my cams being a bit stubborn.
Another issue I’ve noticed is with the rotation feature. The new upgrade seems to have changed how the cams handle rotation. Now, when I try to rotate, I get a ‘you have reached the end’ message, but it doesn’t feel like I’ve actually hit the limit. It’s a bit confusing, to be honest.
Lastly, my basement cam is acting a bit odd. After the upgrade, it doesn’t stay in the direction I set it. Instead, it shifts back to focus on a closer object, especially in the dark. It’s like the cam has a mind of its own! I’m curious if anyone else has faced similar issues or if there’s a fix I’m missing.
