I’m currently planning to upgrade my room with RGBIC strips, but I’m a bit stuck between two products that are currently on sale. I’d love to hear your thoughts and recommendations!
First, a bit about my setup: My room measures 15 meters when it comes to covering the ceiling, and I also want to add 10 meters for my bed. I’m considering buying a 20-meter pack, which would give me enough length for both areas. Later on, I might add another 5-meter strip of the same kind. I’m also thinking about adding covers on the lights used on my ceiling for a smoother effect, so any recommendations there would be greatly appreciated!
Here’s where I’m stuck: I’m choosing between RGBIC strips and RGBICW ones. I’m a big fan of true white shades, but the prices vary quite a bit between the two. I’ve been looking at two specific products, but I’m not sure which one to go with. I’d love to know if it’s possible to connect a 10-meter strip with an additional 5-meter one for my ceiling setup. Any advice on the final product choice would be amazing!
I’ve also been thinking about how to integrate these strips with my existing smart home setup. I’m wondering if anyone has had success with similar projects and if there are any tips or tricks they’d be willing to share. Maybe there’s a particular app or integration that makes controlling RGBIC strips a breeze!
On a related note, I’ve been exploring cover recommendations for the lights. I want that sleek, professional look, but I’m not sure which covers would work best with the strips I’m considering. If anyone has experience with this, I’d love to hear about it!
