I’ve recently installed a new UPS with 4 XLBP units, and I’m encountering an issue where the RBC1 is disconnecting. Each XLBP seems to trigger this error, showing that only RBC1 is disconnected. I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps, including alarm tests, manually disconnecting and reconnecting the units, and even running the UPS without input power. Unfortunately, none of these actions have resolved the problem.
I’m reaching out to the community in hopes that someone might have experienced a similar issue or could offer some guidance. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!
