Started the year off in Japan, with home assistant basics, as the year progressed my partner got pregnant and we had a healthy boy in June. Since then my servers have grown, added 48tb of space, set up more localised instances and expanded my home automation.
Since last minth I grabbed a M3 hub and started changing some of my home assistant network to be mixed with aqara for redundancy. As most things are fully exposed its been useful. Added two new H2 sockets to my network via thread and I can see combined power with isn’t ideal but I can work with it.
I hope next year things expand even more, more sensors, more monitoring, more locally controlled data points.
It’s been good but it will be better next year!
