Hi everyone, I’ve recently been exploring the transition from SmartThings to a more streamlined system and have been really impressed with the capabilities of Simple Lighting. One feature I’m particularly interested in is using illuminance as a trigger for my lights. I’ve been experimenting with an Aeotec multisensor 6 pointing out of a window, aiming to replicate the automation I had in SmartThings where lights turn on at 80Lux and off at 250Lux. While I understand this can be achieved with Rule Machine, I was hoping to keep things simple and use Simple Lighting directly. I’ve scoured the tutorials but can only see illuminance as a restriction, not a trigger. Does anyone have experience with this or know if it’s possible? I’d love to hear your insights and tips!
