Vera Device Not Responding: Any Solutions?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been having a frustrating issue with my Vera device. I just set it up and everything seemed to be working fine at first. I was able to access the dashboard and even went through the setup process again to try and fix some connectivity issues. Unfortunately, after attempting to upgrade the UI5 interface, the Vera stopped responding completely.

I’ve tried everything from factory resets to checking the network connections, but nothing seems to work. The power light is on, but the ready light is off, and the network light is flashing. I can’t even connect to it via the web interface or through my phone. It’s really disheartening because I was so excited to start using it.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? Did you manage to fix it? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I really want to get this working again without having to send it back for a replacement.
