I recently purchased the Vera Plus due to its advertised Bluetooth capabilities, hoping to centralize my smart home controls. However, I’m struggling to figure out how to effectively use the Bluetooth stack on my Vera Plus. I’ve been controlling a few devices through my Raspberry Pi 3, but I’d prefer everything to be managed from one hub.
I came across an old forum post mentioning the use of hci commands like hci-tester and hciconfig, but those don’t seem to work anymore with the current firmware version 1.7.2138. I’ve tried several commands listed in the post, but without success. Any guidance or documentation on this would be greatly appreciated!
Additionally, I noticed that other users have had success with similar setups, so I’m hopeful there’s a solution out there. If anyone has experience with Vera Plus Bluetooth integration or knows of updated resources, please share your insights. I’d love to get this working to fully leverage the Vera Plus’s potential.
