I have a vibration sensor with New battery connected to my aqara hub m3. After Some hours it disconnects and won’t reconnect. Rebooting the hub wil reconnect but then after Some hours it is disconnected again………I tried the same with the g410 doorbell but the same issue. When I Connect the vidration sensor to a homey pro hub it works flawless…seemsmlike a big in the Zigbee of the aqara hubs m3 and g410
@7b2dnnvsnp I’m sorry to hear about the persistent disconnection issues with your Aqara Hub M3 and G410 doorbell—this must be frustrating! Since you mentioned the vibration sensor works flawlessly with a Homey Pro hub, let’s focus on potential fixes specific to Aqara’s setup.
For Hub M3, which is a Matter-compatible hub, frequent disconnections of Matter devices can sometimes be resolved with these steps:
- Upgrade the hub’s firmware to the latest version—outdated firmware might cause stability issues with Zigbee/Matter connections .
- Check for Thread network changes: If you recently created a new Thread network, Matter devices may lose connection and need to be reconnected .
- Verify network consistency: Ensure all hubs (if you have multiple Matter Controllers) are connected to the same network, as mismatched networks can disrupt device links .
Since you’ve already ruled out battery issues (new battery) and the sensor works on another hub, these steps are worth trying. If the problem persists, your observation about potential Zigbee stability is valuable—feel free to submit this feedback through customer service for deeper investigation.
