How to get recordinds from my camaras to view them from.my account in the web?
I mean that sometimes the records are not dispoayed correctly in the app.

- Which camera are you referring to?
- Are you having problems with the Aqara Home app or the Apple Home app?
- Would you like to view recordings or the live stream in your web browser?
- Would you like to view them at home on your home network or on the go via the internet?
You should be aware that this cannot be done using your Aqara or Apple account. However, it might be possible to do so using workarounds.
It is usually not a good idea to publish recordings or streams on the web, even with a password. This is why neither Aqara nor Apple do it on their platforms.

camaras E1, there are some problems with recordings in the app (android), and one day were problems with the streaming of 1 camara.

Streaming will be tricky with the E1 cameras since they have no RTSP or ONVIF. As far as I know, you cannot view them via a browser without another system (e.g. Home Assistant) that converts the streams. Please correct me if I am wrong, as I do not have any E1 cameras. But if you connect the E1 cameras to Google Home, you should probably be able to view the streams at home.google.com.
However, you can access the recordings if you save them to a NAS. Depending on the NAS used, the recordings can be accessed with a web browser. To use a NAS, you must also insert a micro SD card into the E1 camera.
Otherwise, the question would also be what exactly the problems with your E1 cameras are, because it’s not clear to me what the issue is.
