Hello everyone, I’ve recently installed a Vistacam 1100 above my front door, and while the installation and pairing went smoothly, I’m encountering some unexpected behavior. The camera seems to activate at random times, even when there’s no one entering or leaving. I have a touchscreen deadbolt on the door, which helps me monitor who’s coming and going, but the camera doesn’t always pick up these movements. Instead, I end up with video clips of non-events, which is quite puzzling.
Additionally, I’d like to know if it’s possible to obtain video clips longer than the default 10 seconds. This feature would be incredibly useful for reviewing incidents more thoroughly. If anyone has any advice or solutions for these issues, I’d greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance for your help!
