Voice Command Automation for Multiple Devices

Hello everyone! I’m exploring ways to enhance my smart home setup using voice commands. I have several lights and smart plugs around my house, and I’d love to control them all with a single voice command. For instance, saying ‘Hey Google, goodnight’ should turn off all my bedroom lights, set the thermostat to a cozy 68°F, and maybe even close the smart blinds.

I’ve tried setting up routines in the Google Home app, but I’m running into issues with some devices not responding consistently. I wonder if there’s a more reliable way to automate this process. Maybe using IFTTT or a custom script? I’m also curious about how others handle similar scenarios. Do you prefer using a single hub or integrating multiple services?

It would be fantastic if the community could share tips or even step-by-step guides on achieving seamless voice command automation. I’m especially interested in solutions that offer flexibility and scalability as I plan to expand my smart home setup in the future. Thanks in advance for your insights and suggestions! :raised_hands:
