I’ve been diving into setting up voice control for my TV and stereo system, and I wanted to share my journey and some tips I’ve picked up along the way. 
After doing some research, I was a bit confused about whether I needed just the Harmony Home Hub or if the Extender was necessary. Turns out, the Harmony Hub alone should do the trick for voice control via Echo or SmartThings! 
No need for the Extender unless I want to add Zigbee or Z-Wave support, which I don’t right now. Whew, that was a relief! 
Now, onto something that’s been bugging me: managing routines for my smart lights. I have rooms with multiple lights, and having separate routines for turning them on and off was getting too cumbersome. 
After some digging, I found out that creating a toggle routine is possible! Instead of two routines, I can have one that checks the current state and switches it. It’s like having a master switch for each room. 
I also stumbled upon a neat way to create custom tiles for my dashboard. By binding values from flows or devices, I can stack information neatly, making my setup look cleaner and more organized. 
It’s all about customizing to fit my needs!
