Hi today I have received an Update for the W00 from 0.0.0_1640 to 0.0.0_1641. I have 3 W100 but one W100 does not Udate to 1641. it is Stuck to 1640. I dont have a clue why. Can a Aqara Employee help?
But did you check if still shows the update?
Is the W100 far away from hub with a bad connection?

I have checked with IOS and Android Devices, it says the W100 is always on the new Firmware. The Signal is strong. Hub new started. Nothing! Always says inam in The new Update 0.0.0_1641 The Update brings “Fix known issued and optimize user experience”.
Aqara what can i do?
Yes Beta Update is always turned on.

Problem Solved! I have delete the W100 in the App. Then added new at Thread Device. And again delete in the App. Added new with Zigbee Protocol and the App plays the new Firmware on the W100. Thank me

Hi Chris, The update is coming in waves, I haven’t received the update for the W100 yet either.

I did receive it but for some weird reason toke some 10 min to install and last night after my AC turned off the data from my AC was steal there this morning.i had to ores an button in order to communicate with the hub and disappear

Not so sure why but I think there will be another update for the w100 because this last update makes it freeze at least mine.as I mention before my AC turns off at 00:00 in the night and again this morning I sow the AC data on my w100 and this time I had to press 2 times to disappear meaning that there is something weird going on zigbee communication between M3 and w100
