I have separate Nest thermostats upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs one has Y1, G, OB, RC, W2Aux and C wires connected
The downstairs Nest has Y1, G, OB, W2Aux, C and RH wires connected.
The only difference appears to be Upstairs has RC while downstairs has RH connected.
Aqara says both are incompatible.
Any suggestions or am I out of luck

What is your Aux wire hooked up to?
Need to know more about your setup.
I often see Aux wires pre-ran but in a normal forced air with central a/c, Aux isn’t actually used.
Every other wire you specified there is standard and should just plug and play into the w200’s. I swapped from Nest earlier this year without any issue.

It looks like you have heat pump systems with auxiliary heat (please confirm), and the only difference is whether the Nest is using Rc or Rh for the 24V power input. That Rc vs. Rh difference by itself isn’t usually what determines compatibility.
The bigger question is what HVAC equipment you actually have (single-stage vs. multi-stage heat pump, variable-speed, proprietary communicating system, etc.). Do you know what brand and model you have?
Can you share a picture of each thermostat’s wiring and a pic of your indoor air handler/furnace and outdoor unit?
Someone can verify whether it’s truly incompatible or if the checker tool is just being overly cautious.

I don’t see why this wouldn’t work.
Your Rh wires most likely need to just go to Rc on both stats as that’s the single wire power on aqara’s stuff. Other than that this looks like a standard install.
Your zone controller takes care of the multiple stats the exact same as Nest stuff.
