So I recently installed a w200 thermostat in my basement although it only heats doesn’t cool because I don’t have central in my basement. Anytime I try to turn the heat on it doesn’t work and just restarts on itself. I did a factory reset and still it doesn’t seem to work.
Has anyone run into this issue? I have another Aqara thermostat in our main level and works perfectly fine.
hi nrebelo100, it would help us if you please post a picture of your previous thermostat wiring, and the wiring on the new aquara w200, and the wiring on the HVAC side and what kind of heat it is (boiler/forced hot air/etc). thanks
