I have a heat pump and when the AC comes on, only the air handler starts inside, but the compressor never starts. I feel like everything is wired correctly, and I’ve even tried different wire configs.
It just doesn’t seem to get a signal to start!
Any info or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Well I don’t have a W200… but you definitely need to post more infos and details! Which model of heat pump, picture of wiring etc… without it’s just a big ?

Welcome to the forum. Can you paste a screenshot of the wire configuration?
Fellow heat pump + W200 user here. Can you share a picture of the wiring on your old thermostat and the wiring of the W200?

It turns out one of the pins was bad on the w200 itself.
They sent one overnight and it seems to be working fine now.
Now my new problem is the network connection keeps dropping out!
