I’ve installed two of the heating thermostats W500, but can not get the app to define schedules.
I navigate to add an event but only get a blank screen. I’ve found a work around with automations but am I missing something?

Have you checked that you have smart schedule turned on it’s in
… the three dots at the top of the screen. Then schedule management and toggle on schedule management.

Yes, this is all set to on and I’ve also tried disabling, restarting the device and re-enabling.
It just appears to hang when I’m going to the schedule and add event, so I’m unable to define a schedule.
