W500 or W400 for water floor heating

Hello

For water underfloor heating system may I use both W400 or W500? W500 can be ordered in Germany. What about W400?

Hi, W400 is not really suitable for the global market, doesn’t fit into EU wall boxes etc… If you have a 230V NC valve actuator, you can use W500.

For the Aqara Floor Heating Thermostat W500, it supports 230V Valve control, which makes it compatible with water underfloor heating systems (though note that power usage and energy consumption monitoring is only available for electric floor heating devices directly connected to the circuit) . As for the W400, the current reference information doesn’t cover its compatibility with water underfloor heating systems.
