Both the W600 and the P 100 operate in Zigbee mode.
The P100 is set up as a window/door sensor and is working perfectly so far.
These two are absolutely supposed to work together — Aqara’s W600 manual specifically calls out linking to door/window sensors for automated climate control, so this isn’t a compatibility wall.
Sounds more like a setup-flow issue: is the error happening when you’re pairing the P100 to your hub, or when you’re trying to link it to the W600 afterward?
Those are two different steps — the P100 needs to be added to your Zigbee hub on its own first, then the “link” to the W600 is really just an automation/scene, not a direct pairing between the two devices. If you’re trying to add it straight from the W600’s device page, that might be the mismatch.
