Water leak sensors dropping offline

No. My issue, like the OP, is that I will randomly have sensors go offline. They will eventually go back online, but when that happens is random.

Hi, @AqaraOfficial. There is some news about the release of the Zigbee connection map in the app. In fact, this is a very serious problem that cannot be solved without analyzing the Zigbee route . I also periodically encounter this problem, especially during frequent power outages (due to the war), I am forced to reconnect almost all sensors (critical) directly to the gateway. If I had a Zigbee map, I would connect to repeaters that work on the emergency power line.

I’ll add my 2-cents worth. I have 9 Aqara water leak sensors, an M3 Hub and 2 E1 Hubs. My house is average size, not huge. Some of the sensors randomly go offline/online without explanation. Batteries are good, signal strength is ‘Excellent’. It appears to be a software problem. Aqara seems to have a great reputation across the Web but something isn’t right. I also have Aqara locks, video doorbell, temperature sensors, buttons, motion sensors, and a smart plug. They are all troublesome. I got sucked into the Aqara hype. Beware!

I have the exact same issue with the exact same setup. It’s annoying but eventually self repairs. I keep debating with myself to turn off these offline notifications as they do auto fix themselves eventually.

I will say that they worked twice last year in detecting two different issue. One eventually causing me to decide to replace my refrigerator and the other a very small leak under my kitchen sink hot water heater.
