I have a waterleaksenser which will not reset. I have tried it several times, but without succes. He stays on submerge and after 15 min the alarm goes on for several times.
It started with a false alarm, there was no waterleak, but he went on alarm. How can i reset hem?
@ntam_kaak I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble resetting your water leak sensor! Let’s try the standard reset method first: Long press the reset button on the shell for 5 seconds until the blue light flashes continuously to reset the Water Leak Sensor. The reset button is located at the center of the shell, marked with a “Water Drop” icon—make sure you’re pressing it correctly by holding the top and bottom cover.
If the sensor still stays in “submerge” status after this, it might help to check if the battery is low (since a weak battery could affect functionality)—try replacing the CR2032 battery if you haven’t already.
