ich möchte hier meine Erfahrung mit meiner Aqara Video-Türklingel G4 teilen.

Gekauft im Mai 2023 – nach gut 28 Monaten ist das Mikrofon komplett ausgefallen. Besucher hören mich noch, aber ich selbst höre niemanden mehr.

Der Support hat den Defekt bestätigt, verweist aber nur auf die 24 Monate Garantie und zeigt keinerlei Kulanz. Kein Reparaturangebot, kein Rabatt, nicht einmal ein kleiner Gutschein für den Onlineshop – einfach gar nichts.

Bei anderen Herstellern habe ich wenigstens Kulanzlösungen erlebt (z. B. ein Gutschein), hier leider null Entgegenkommen.

Für mich wirft das Fragen zur Produktqualität und zur Kundenorientierung auf.

Proud owner of an Aqara G4 video doorbell. LOVE it!! It’s awesome and everyone should buy one!!

Have a nest thermostat and am excited to trial the Aqara W200 thermostat! I love how it will integrate with my doorbell!! Hoping to beta test it and help with the refinement process!!

After updating the frimware on our G410 video doorbell, neither the wired chime (house, that didn’t work before), nor the included chime unit will ring when someone pushes the doorbell button.

If we are not near any of our devices, we don’t know someone is/was at the door.

I’ve tried to re-scync the device. It rings when I adjust the volume for it. Just not when someone is at the door, pushing the button.
