I just wanted to share my recent journey into the world of smart home automation, and I’m so glad I decided to give Hubitat a try. For years, I relied on basic smart home products, but they never quite scratched the itch of what I knew was possible. After watching a few YouTube videos (my wife will attest to my newfound hobby), I started to understand the potential of Hubitat and its local control capabilities.
I’ve recently ordered my Hubitat C7 along with a few door sensors and a motion sensor, and I’m excited to start exploring how everything works together. The decision to go with Hubitat was largely influenced by the wealth of information, help, and advice I found within this community. It’s truly amazing how supportive everyone is!
