Hello everyone, I’m reaching out for some guidance on managing my Belkin/Wemo Smart Plugs remotely. I have both the older F7C027 model and a newer Wemo Mini in a property I manage from afar. These plugs are essential for resetting my network extender, which frequently goes offline due to power outages.
The issue I’m facing is that the Wemos, which were previously connected to my Samsung Smart Hub, have gone offline. I’ve tried reconnecting them using the Wemo app and the Smart Hub interface, but without success. The plugs show up as inactive in the DHCP settings, and despite having the MAC addresses, they won’t connect properly.
I’m wondering if there’s a workaround or a method to reconnect these devices without physically being on-site. Any tips or experiences you’ve had with similar situations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!
