Where did my camera feed go?

For about a month ago my camera feed disappeared from Google Home. I’ve had trouble with G410 since I got it, that’s another nail in the coffin, now my E1 stopped working. In Google Home E1 is displayed as a camera, but I don’t get any feed when opening it anymore. Tried reconnecting to Aqara to no avail.
The whole point of going for Aqara was that I could have it all in Google Home instead of 3-4 different apps. Looks like Aqara fails on stability and continuity.

Aqara generally has a very good integration with other ecosystems, and you can search this forum to find many people with positive experiences and many tutorials for integrating with other ecosystems.

Has anything changed in your WiFi setup? Maybe you restarted the cameras or your router and the IP addresses if the cameras changed? Or WPA settings (you disabled WPA2)? Or maybe someone is jamming the signal?

I currently use Apple Home and Aqara Home so I cannot help you with full troubleshooting.

I understand your frustration and need to let off some steam. With a little patience hopefully we can help you figure it out. I have both of these devices and do not have the issues you described - but I don’t use Google as my daily driver. Still I have some experience with it.

The fact that both your G410 and E1 stopped displaying video around the same timeframe likely points to an integration issue between Aqara and Google.

Does this mean you reconnected the google home integration? Or the cameras into the Aqara app?

Have the camera feeds continued to work correctly in the Aqara app? If they do, that would suggest the cameras themselves are functioning and the problem is specifically within the Google Home integration.
