Why does the S100 Panel only have 6 themes while the S1E has 49?

Hi Aqara team and community,

I’ve been using the Aqara S100 panel for a while now and noticed that it still only has 6 available themes — the exact same number since its release. Meanwhile, the Aqara S1E panel has 49 unique themes to choose from.

Since both panels share a very similar interface and display format, wouldn’t it be possible to reuse or port the existing S1E themes to the S100? It feels like the S100 has been left behind in terms of customization, even though it’s the newer and more premium model.

Is there a technical reason why the themes can’t be shared between devices? Or are there plans for a future update to add more themes?

It’s been quite a long time since launch, and many users (myself included) would really appreciate more theme options for the S100 to match our home setups.

The S1e appeared on the market quite a long time ago and many themes were released, including those dedicated to holidays, and the S100 panel is a new product and has a limited number of themes, but in the future I think themes will be added.
