My U100 has started auto locking every time I close the door. I haven’t changed any settings. In fact, when I check the settings, all auto locking features are turned off.

Hello there.dis you update the Aqara app?do you have it added on other ecosystem?also I would try to recalibrate.if this doesn’t work my be check the batteries and see if there is no other things like dust or humidity that could lead to that behavior mostly if you have the exterior pad with the keys clean them up with alcohol and an soft brush something like how I usual clean my remotes this way the alcohol clean pads and the soft brush clean the remaining dust
App is up to date. Not sure if it auto updated. Batteries are full. I’ll give it a clean to see if that helps. I mean, the auto lock isn’t the worst thing in the world. Just strange it started doing it all on its own.
Yeah is not a big deal but the smart lock needs to work as you want it not as he chose to work.make also that calibration from the settings of U100 into the Aqara app an sure clean the pad as that could lead to false close of opening if the dust get under the buttons or on the buttons.
