Why malaysia cannot Use aqara G100 camera?

I checked the application, the G100 camera is in the application, so you can use it, if your camera was bought in China and for the Mainland China region - you need to change the region to Mainland China because devices intended for another region will not work in Malaysia.
I buy international version
Write what error you encountered when adding G100 to the application in your region, you can attach a photo or video of the error or problem.
As far as I know, this product can be used normally in Malaysia. Could you please describe more specifically whether the camera and app cannot be bound? or if the video cannot be viewed after successful binding?
Aqara app cannot use ,but apple home kit can use
G100 I buy form china so cannot use by malaysia Aqara app?

This is the Chinese version of G100, not the international one. It will only work in the Mainland China region.
My photo is the international version.
