Widget Layout Challenges
One thing I’ve been struggling with is getting my widgets to align properly on my dashboard. I love the customization aspect of openHAB, but widgets don’t always behave as expected. I’ve tried creating columns and adding multiple widgets to each, but sometimes it feels like they’re ignoring each other. Has anyone found a reliable way to make widgets depend on each other for layout? It would be amazing to have a more structured approach without everything feeling a bit random.
Zigbee Mesh Issues
Another topic I wanted to touch on is Zigbee mesh connectivity. I recently had a bit of a scare when a thunderstorm knocked out my power, and it seemed like my entire Zigbee network went haywire. Devices that were working perfectly before the storm started acting unpredictably—some wouldn’t respond at all, while others had significant delays. After some research and troubleshooting, I managed to re-pair most of my devices, but it was a tedious process. I’m curious if others have experienced similar issues and what strategies they’ve used to maintain a stable Zigbee mesh, especially after power disruptions.
