Will not record more than 12 seconds

Hi

I subscribed for the unlimited cameras subscription, but I am having a problem to get it to record more than 12 seconds to the cloud. I’ve gone through detection settings and everything is correct. Can any one help me? I have the E1 models.

Yeah, thats how it works for me too. Bbut if you use HKSV it will record as long as there is motion. Try it

I had the Aqara camera on HomeKit, but unfortunately, it disconnects from HomeKit every so often, usually between 5 to 10 days. There’s no way to reconnect it unless I’m physically home. I have to switch the cameras off at the main plug and then switch them back on again, which resets the connection to HomeKit.

I’ve contacted Support twice, but they’ve been less than helpful. It’s been two months, and the issue is still unresolved. I thought purchasing a subscription would solve the problem with the video storage, but that didn’t work properly either. I contacted Support again, but they’re still not helpful.

You would think that someone charging £9.99 a month to store recordings would have some insight into how it works, but unfortunately, they don’t. It’s looking like I’m just going to have to abandon Aqara and move to a different brand. I’m having nothing but problems with them, and the support I’ve received has been completely inadequate.
