I have a mini switch that I had paired and it worked great. I’ve moved and decided to factory reset everything and start fresh. I have three of these mini switches that need to be paired again. I hold the sync button down for 5 seconds, the light blinks blue three times, I let go of the button, then nothing. The App wont see it, HA wont see it, another Zigbee controller wont see it…nothing seems to work. I’ve replaced the battery as well. Anything else I might be missing? Everything I search says “Just hold the button and it will work.” well that doesn’t work.

Please record a video of the process of adding a device to the application.
Try putting your device into pairing mode and pressing 3 times on the hub to add.
Here is the quick video. I’m showing it in home assistant as that’s the easiest way I can record it. I have three buttons, all the doing the same thing. They were all paired with home assistant before the move. I had four buttons, but the fourth connected after the 19th pair try.
Please let me know if I’m doing something wrong.
