It would be wonderful if I could trigger a HomeKit scene from Aqara because I can use the IF logic in Aqara that doesn’t exist in HomeKit.

In theory, you can also set up the IF as a Matter signal in Aqara, and if you connect a hub to Apple Home via Matter, you can select that signal as a condition in Apple Home. The problem, however, is that if you’ve already connected the hub via HomeKit and then connect it via Matter, all the sensors and devices connected to the hub will appear twice in Apple Home.

One thing you can do is create an automation in Apple Home and when the “Select scenes and accessories to automate” screen shows, scroll all the way down. You will see a “Convert To Shortcut” button. When clicked, it will take you to a Shortcuts app screen where you can use scripting (IF, GET, etc.)
I personally have done a few automations like this. Hope it helps!

This is pretty easy to do. Just open HomeKit, Add/Create Automation, select the trigger device, and then define what and when this event happens. Rookie stifg

I am not so sure why would you want to complicate usually this kind of things my or my not working as you expected.i personally using 3 type of scenes in Apple home app witch I can trigger using ether Siri or aqara magic cube pro witch works perfectly for almost everything you want to do with it in my case I have Good Morning,Good afternoon and Good Night each control something from my home and is very useful and simple to do since all aqara devices are added to Apple home app.just writing an much easy way to deal with scenes.by the way if you want to trigger some scenes base on aqara devices those you can make them into aqara home app and same thing using an device like wireless buttons or magic cube pro can trigger those scenes.
