I’ve been using the Wyze app for a while now, and I must say, it’s been a great experience for managing my cameras. However, I’ve encountered a peculiar issue where the app crashes every time I switch from the camera view back to the camera list. This happens consistently on both my Huawei Mate 20 Pro and Huawei MediaPad. While the app continues to run in the background, it’s quite annoying to have to reopen it every time. I wonder if others are facing the same problem or if there’s a workaround to avoid this crash.
On another note, I’ve been following Govee’s testing events, and it’s fascinating to see how they’re engaging users by allowing them to test new products. I recently applied for the Smart Sensor and Spotlight Light testing events, but I noticed that only a limited number of users are getting the opportunity to participate. It’s a bit frustrating when you qualify but don’t get the chance to apply. I understand the need to limit testing to ensure compatibility, but clearer communication would definitely help avoid confusion.
I’d love to hear from others who have participated in these events or have tips on how to improve the process. Also, if anyone has insights into the Wyze app issue, please share your thoughts! Let’s keep the conversation going and help each other troubleshoot these smart home challenges. ![]()
