Wyze Cam Offline Fix: A Success Story

Hey everyone, I wanted to share a recent experience I had with my Wyze outdoor cameras. They went offline, and despite trying everything Support suggested, they wouldn’t come back online. My base station and Wi-Fi were working fine, so it was puzzling.

I almost gave up and was ready to send them back when I thought, ‘Why not give this a shot?’ I deleted the cameras from the app as if they were new devices, powered them on, and pressed sync. To my relief, they reappeared and started working again! The only thing I had to do was rename them back to their original names—settings were all still there.
