Wyze Cam Outdoor Firmware Update Issue

Hi everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience with the Wyze Cam Outdoor after a firmware update. It all started a few weeks back when my camera prompted me to install an update. I thought it was a routine update, so I went ahead with it. However, things didn’t go as planned. The update failed, and I let it retry. Unfortunately, it failed again multiple times. I waited a day and tried again, but the camera still wouldn’t update properly. Eventually, the camera went offline and hasn’t come back since. I checked the blue light, and it was on but flashing. Power cycling the device didn’t help either. I’m really concerned because I rely on this camera for outdoor security. I tried reaching out to Wyze support, but they haven’t been able to assist me so far. Has anyone else encountered this issue? I’m hoping someone in the community might have a solution or workaround. I’d greatly appreciate any advice or insights you can provide. Thanks in advance for your help!
