The camera detects motion and records a 10-second clip, but it doesn’t upload to the cloud. Luckily, all events are saved on the SD card, so I haven’t lost any footage. This issue occurs roughly once a week, which is a bit frustrating but manageable.
I’ve reached out to Wyze support, and they mentioned that this might be a temporary glitch related to the firmware update. They suggested monitoring the situation and waiting for any potential updates. In the meantime, I’ve been manually checking the SD card to ensure all clips are backed up.
