Hey everyone, I wanted to share my experience with the Wyze Cam V2 and its video storage feature. I recently set up my Wyze Cam V2 with an SD card, and while everything seemed to be working smoothly, I couldn’t figure out where the recorded videos were stored. I followed the playback steps, but the videos just didn’t show up anywhere. It was pretty frustrating, especially since I rely on my camera for home security.
After some research and trial and error, I discovered that the videos are actually stored directly on the SD card in a specific folder structure. The key was to physically access the SD card and navigate through the folders. I ended up using my computer to transfer the videos, and now I can easily access them whenever I need to.
This experience taught me the importance of understanding how devices store data, especially when it comes to security cameras.
