Hi all, I recently purchased the Wyze Cam v4 Home Security Bundle and was pretty excited to get it set up. However, I encountered an issue right out of the box. The cameras were shipped with 32GB memory cards instead of the advertised 128GB. I reached out to Wyze support, and they mentioned it’s a known issue but didn’t provide much clarity on when it would be resolved. I’m curious if others have faced similar problems with Wyze products.
I’m also wondering about the maximum memory card capacity these cameras can fully utilize. I’d love to get the most out of my investment and ensure the cameras are recording smoothly. If anyone has experience with higher capacity cards and can share their setup, that would be incredibly helpful!
On a positive note, the video quality and ease of setup have been great so far. It’s just this hiccup with the memory cards that’s been a bit frustrating. I’m hopeful that with some community input, I can get this sorted out. Thanks in advance for any advice or insights you can share!
