Wyze Camera Advertisements and Viewing Experience

I’ve been using Wyze cameras for a while now, and I must say they’ve been a great addition to my smart home setup. The video quality and ease of use have definitely made my life easier when it comes to monitoring my home. However, I recently noticed an advertisement at the top of the Events page that’s been a bit of a nuisance. It’s taking up valuable screen real estate and making it harder to view my camera feeds quickly. I understand that ads are part of free services, but it would be fantastic if they were smaller or placed somewhere less intrusive.

I’ve tried reaching out to Wyze support about this, and while they’ve acknowledged the feedback, I’m still hoping for a resolution soon. In the meantime, I’ve found that using the Wyze app on my smartphone provides a smoother experience compared to accessing it through a desktop browser. It’s faster and more responsive, which is a big plus when I’m on the go.
